Cannabis has been a passion of mine since I was about 18. It has been a medicine that has really helped me with my medical issues and feel it is very important to be passionate and educated on the subject to be working in the industry. Almost any position in the industry other than finances I am confident I can handle and excell in. I have A lot of formal and informal experience and training and that comes from the heart. I love cultivation the most but I am willing to start anywhere to prove myself. I have a sense of business, customer service and what the customer is looking for from a consumer perspective and from tender experience. I also have done extensive research on marijuana in general as well as its cultivation. With the right setup and some practice I can work well with a team to grow Quality flower. Mistakes make us stronger and that is how we learn. Cultivation is no different, Ive been through much trial and error in each stage of the process from plant training, seed,clone,vegetation, flowering, drying/curing. Acknowledging each strain has its own nutritional needs and wants and grow in different ways. IE sativas grow taller with more spacing and thinner leafs generally where a indica has broader leaves and grow denser. Id love to get into the industry again. Thanks
