I am currently working as a Service Advisor for a small dealership in a small town. While I am selling well and enjoy my position I am looking for a more modern setting with all the current tools and processes available to assist in providing the customer with an excellent experience.
My current position requires me to also perform many Service manager duties to include, warranty coding, scheduling customers and staff. I control the flow of work through the shop. Along with this I also step in and do parts look up and ordering. I also do all the estimating on the repair orders I write.
I have a high mechanical aptitude. I have done everything automotive from changing a light bulb to completely disassembling antique cars and tractors down to bags and boxes and then reassembling them to a full restoration.
