Seeking a challenging career opportunity within Nissan North America for professional growth.
Experience in :
Water Leak Detection
QVCC data collection
Interface with all shops in house and worked with plants outside of Nissan
I headed the L42L project for the AVES area. This project allowed me to travel to Japan and work on the static and dynamic issues for the new Altima. When I returned I worked with all shops and engineers by giving feed back on defect issues that were OK or needed to be fixed by AVES standards in order to build a great vehicle. I also work with other Nissan vender's to ensure great quality for the Altima.
I also was the coordinator for the Sentra Ride and Drive evaluation, during which all recorded defects were collected and entered into a data spread sheet which PQA manger's view. This data was also useful for the engineer in charged for all the Q-base written during this time.
My job responsibilities are to audit vehicles by static and dynamic, write and grade each defect I find. If there are investigative issues, I get with Lab-ll for their help with finding the root cause in order to give the correct grade and to issue to the correct shop. Some times my responsibilities are to do daily reports, QVCC data, Q-base, and monthly reports. I also give AVES grades on issues that are asked by technician's on the shop floor and vendor's that are asking for clarification on defects that they my have on a part they have brought over to Nissan. My responsibility changes so I am willing to help where I'm needed.
