Developed technical support procedures to help customers get to the claim process quicker and minimize downtime. Developed electronic call back forms so the process was readable and they could understand the process of a warranty claim. Trained new techs on the procedures and using in house system so they could order replacement transmissions and parts customers needed to repair transmissions.
I designed warranty repair procedures for repeat concerns that were fixable by adding parts during the sale of transmissions so the customers didn't have any hidden costs for a transmission install. Parts that needed to be installed or the warranty would be denied. The front end cost when transmission was purchased was cost effective compared to the end result if the customer misunderstood what was needed.
I repaired cars at a factory dealership. I did everything on the car from the front bumper to the rear bumper. I worked with drivability concerns mainly, working with scanners, digital volt/ohm meters, electrical diagnosis, wiring repairs, engine / transmission overhauls.
I was also shop foreman, helped out with the rest of the shop when there was a problem with the cars to repair them as quickly as possible.
