The group met in a central location or on a virtual meeting to collaborate. I created this group to leverage the power of educator discovery, collaboration, and to give them a platform to have a collective voice to share from, in the future. I received extremely positive responses from the Educational Partner School Districts in the Texas Resiliency Consortium. They all realized the significant value of student resiliency data. I worked closely with each district and provided data consultation analysis to show them how they could merge their ABC data with resiliency data to drill down to root causes of struggle to accurately target intervention strategies. I discussed campus culture with each district to evaluate active practices. This project resulted in my ability to bring the districts together for workshops to look at their data collaboratively to spark ways they could work together to help each other with strengths and areas of concern. Each of the districts were pleased and wanted to expand! The Texas Resiliency Consortium PLC could evolve into a statewide user group sharing forum who would carry a large impact to lobbying for the placement of social and emotional learning active practices to move to the forefront of addressing the whole student to largely impact student academic achievement and career and college readiness.
