Roles & Responsibilities:.
Get annual and quarterly projections from the Business Head.
Work with the business team on the projected target for Referral Program.
Understand the current cost per hire and work strategically to reduce or keep it at optimum.
Ensure Filling of requisition form and approval for all the open headcounts.
For replacement of a resigned employee, ensure to get approvals from Business Head and Leadership.
Updating the requisition tracker.
Ensure the right job description is attached for every approved requisition form.
Meet the hiring manager to understand the requirement, rounds of interview, interview panel, SLAs, the need for IJP.
Sourcing & Screening:.
Analyze the availability of candidates and decide on source mix.
Get budget approval for opening the position for Referral Program or Vendors.
Pre Screening along with checklist and sending it to the Hiring Manager along with the Resume.
Understand and implement the policies for interview.
Collecting Technical Feedback Sheet from the Hiring Manager after every interview.
Follow up meeting with the Hiring Manager and alter Sourcing strategy, search criteria based on the feedback.
Ensure all the shortlisted candidates go through the final HR round and document the HR Feedback sheet.
Offer & On boarding:.
Conducting reference checks for managers and above and document it.
Working out a salary based on the salary grid and connect with the candidate.
Collecting necessary documents from the candidate and updating the Employee Information Sheet.
Preparing the offer letter and releasing it as soon as the approvals are received.
Follow up with the candidate to accept the offer within 2 days of release of the offer.
Ensure details of the Offered Candidate are sent to the respective stakeholders functions.

SOP & Policies:.
Ensure the process and policies are followed for Recruitment, Offer Approval, Offer Process, Policies - IJP, Referral, Vendor Evaluation, Rehire, Reapplication and keep updating as and when there are changes.
Tracker & Dashboard:.
Tracking and updating candidate details in the TA Tracker.
Ensure Weekly and Monthly Dashboard is sent to the Leadership on time.
Hiring Manager & Candidate Experience:.
Ensure the Hiring Satisfaction Survey is completed by the Business Head and the Interview Panel and document/file them.
Ensure Candidate Feedback sheet is completed by all the interviewed candidates.
Analyze Feedback and work out an action plan.
Audit - Recruitment Process & Policy Adherence:.
Conduct Regular audits of recruitment process, policy adherence, action on feedback from Hiring Satisfaction and Candidates.
Inform the team about deviations, get the action plan.
Follow up audit to ensure that the action plan is implemented and consistently followed.
Tracking of expiry dates of agreements.
Initiate the renewal/change of vendor process well in advance in order to complete the process before the expiry of the current agreement.
Ensure purchase requests are raised on time to ensure timely payment of vendors.
Preparing the project plan for the campus recruitment for the year.
Preparing the recruitment calendar, confirming it with the campuses and share it with all the stakeholders.
Ensure that the campus hiring is done according to the project plan and the required numbers are hired from the campus.

Ensure that the IJP process defined in the SOP is strictly adhered to and any deviation is approved by the leadership.
Ensure a smooth transition for any employee who moves internally.
Encourage employees to refer and create awareness amongst employees about the referral program through roadshows, reminder emails and collaboration with managers and HR Business Partners.
