In the past year and a half I have shifted focus on azure/m365 infrastructure, setting up cloud environments from scratch, migrations to the cloud, azure cloud services administration & integration with various third-party services like SSO solutions (Duo), Slack, and Zapier. I believe the ideal role for me would be azure cloud engineer or infrastructure analyst. Working with Azure AD and M365, working with organizations to provision users, set up licensing, and managing the onboarding tasks as well as migrating organizations from alternative cloud solutions to Azure cloud. I am also interested and have done work designing and implementing solutions in Azure to fit various organizations' unique needs including deployment of MS teams and administration of the service, Exchange Online configuration and keeping within compliance, configuring exchange security center, transport policies, and mail flow rules. Developing flows and configuring the access permissions in SharePoint online. Writing customized scripts and utilizing connectors within the Microsoft PowerPlatform to create automations for CI/CD as well as powerful workflows using Sharepoint lists and libraries, forms- based triggers for ticketing, and CRM tasks. Working with managed service provider companies (MSP) as an escalation engineer & systems administrator has given me taught me important soft skills like time management & having mindfulness for my work. Worked in high-stress situations and remained have learned how to stay calm while also instilling confidence in the client that they are being taken care of. Exchange and Other Email Migrations
Migrated an organization with 3 separate domains on three separate on-premises exchange servers to one 365 tenants.
1 exchange server was running 2010 and 2 were version 2016. The organization consisted of about 300 people and the migration went successfully.
Was not in the lead on this project, but my mentor was. He had me perform the execution on this migration and all the client-facing tasks according to his plan. When completed, the on-site domain was securely connected to the cloud and the exchange servers were successfully decommissioned as planned.
Had a migration project for a client (church.) The organization size was around 20 people.
Migrated them over to 365 successfully during business hours with 0 interruptions.
However, after a month, they were very unhappy (due to the shock of going to office 365.) They had been using G-suite for email, google drive, docs, sheets.
And only had a windows server onsite with a file share.
So, they wanted to switch back to what they were comfortable with.
Migrated the organization back into G-Suite without interruption and the client was pleased.
I have lead incident response teams in real-life ransomware attacks.
The victims of these projects were three large companies, one a very high-end financial investment firm, a large energy corporation with over 300 employees, and a specialty manufacturing company with a complex ERP solution and large database used for customized inventory tracking that needed to be redesigned and deployed, as well as reacquiring the old data to get them operational.

Windows Server & M365 Services Administration | New Windows Server Installations:
Created MS PowerApps for clients.
Used Power Automate with SharePoint and wrote PS scripts for daily automations to aid clients with repetitive tasks. Created advanced workflows for CRM and product delivery, involving a form for request that started notifications to appropriate people and streamlined the approval process.
The impressive feature of the workflow was not the actions, but the cost-effectiveness.
The entire workflow used no premium services yet gave the clients “premium” actions.
Created a script and designed the email signature with variable data retrieved from the active directory and referenced images into exchange server.
Added the script as a transport rule and enforced the signature across the organization successfully with personal information fields auto- filled.
Despite various sources claiming images would not load without a third-party application, I was able to make it work only using exchange and its included services, and the images loaded into the signature successfully and correctly formatted.
Designed and built complete SCADA Server and Network Built a complete SCADA Server using Server 2012r2 with MySQL Server with its own DC Server with a subdomain accessible via VPN using DUO for authorized users for added identity security.
Used Oracle Ignition Server and KepWare 6 for Device Server management.
Prior, there was a SCADA Server, but due to a large storm, it was destroyed.
The previous SCADA admin did not configure MySQL for redundancy, nor did they configure a backup solution.
I added a second MySQL Server running as a failover for 100% redundancy and configured a ‘‘warm' backup solution for SCADA data.

The project was to complete a complete Server, Network, and Cloud solution migration/upgrade to a large client's infrastructure.
I was chosen to complete this because of my background and ability to carrying out this type of project successfully in the past.
While here I also supplied windows server and m365 cloud services support, including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and PowerApps development.

Configured Virtual desktop environments using Hyper-V Server as well as Virtual machine deployment in Azure Cloud Platform.

PowerApps development as a way of connecting third-party cloud applications to Azure organization to automate syncing data with software and add-on support for external services.
Responsible for the design, implementation, operation, repair, and maintenance of all Server Systems and Windows Desktop environments.
Implemented new software upgrades and solutions; sticking to CI/CD best practices to ensure software installation and users were all in sync.

Implemented upgrades to Multi-Channel Order Manager and ERP systems in manufacturing integrating SHIPPO services via API and configuring service to meet client needs. Use of many Middleware solutions to integrate .NET hosted applications to cloud services using RestAPI, and FastAPI methods with HTTPS authentication. (Example; Connected clients POS system to Amazon, eBay, Shopify store, as well as a partner website for the client.
Once connected it automatically kept inventory in sync.
The middleware would only add and sync certain items desired by the marketing team at each location. I made the service user-friendly for the staff to edit items, add or delete them as needed, as well as a custom log that would help determine any issues and where they were coming from.
