Additional Information

During the Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic schools and the state of Wisconsin shut down on March 18th, 2020. During this time I worked closely with my cooperating teacher to try and reach as many of our students' parents as we could. I developed a Facebook account and page for the school because I felt this maybe an easier way to reach my students and their families. On the page I posted readings of books, science lesson with demonstrations and social studies we covered the federal and state governments and how they work. This hasn't been done before and was new to me but I was able to get my students excited about school again and the chance to reconnect with everyone from our class while practicing the stay at home policy set by the government of Wisconsin.
