As store manager, my primary focus is to assist customers with their needs. I have daily sales goals that must be met, so pushing the brand and educating customers is key. I perform all manager duties from checking emails to making sure the store is best shape for customer interactions.
I assisted customers with finding the best products for their needs. I answered any and all question, providing the best customer experience possible. I also helped with inventory, as well as daily management functions.
During my time employed by this company, I had many responsibilities. As team leader, it was my job to make sure that all sales representatives were aware of their assigned quota for the month and days that were scheduled to be worked. I was also held to a sales quota myself. I also opened and closed the store, including counting cash, opening and closing cash registers and finished all staff assignments for the day. As an ASR, there were many duties required of me. Customer service was the most important aspect of this position. I greeted customers upon entering the store. From there is was all about asking questions and building a relationship with the individual. Not only find out what brought them into the location, but to be able to answer those questions and offer different solution and products. I took great pride in being sure that my customers left the store completely satisfied.
While employed with AT&T, my primary responsibility was to drive sales by opening new accounts. Customer service was key in the entire process. Connecting with the customer by asking questions to determine their needs and wants played an integral part in the sales process. Also, I was sure to explain to customers all bill related expenses so that there would be no confusion going forward. Building those customer relationships was extremely important to the success of the company and to my individual success.
