I've been working in Campus ministry for 25 years. I have specific skills in training for evangelism and discipleship. I have managerial skills in overseeing our Internship program which includes skills in: recruiting (with sub-skills in casting vision, being a spokesman for Cru, speaking, counseling), fund development training, application evaluation (with sub-skills in evaluating character of applicants, and training others to do this evaluation), managing a team of evaluators and coaches to help interns raise their support and get to the ministry field.
Helped unite two "competing" campus ministries to work together to reach a college campus for Christ.
Moved my family to Russia for six years and helped a new Bible College get on it's feet and accomplish equipping Russians to plant new churches.
