  • Worked full system accreditation process to achieve Fleet Anywhere's Authority To Operate (ATO) on the Navy/Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) (INFOSEC).
  • Worked directly with Marine Corps leadership to implement a sweeping policy change to the way fleet vehicles are identified in all systems.
  • I presented a methodology based on intelligent description over numeric grouping.
  • This method required the identification of the criteria that the Marine Corps Installation Command (MCICOM), Fleet Managers, and everyday users would find important.
  • Over the course of 2 years I was able to negotiate buy-in from all key stakeholders for these descriptive criteria.
  • The format, in line with other DoD agencies and policies, was presented in FY12 and has been widely accepted as a more efficient and useful way to describe the Garrison Mobile Equipment (GME) fleet.
  • Data quality, inventory management, and reporting continue to show improvements as a result (SYSANALYSIS)/(APPSW)/(DATAMGT).
  • Developed and maintained Crystal Reports to extract detailed Fleet Management System (FMS) performance metrics, including an automated report for MCICOM/GME Fleet compliance to Executive Order 13514 (10/5/2009), which establishes reduced petroleum usage quantities for all government fleets.
