I am currently a Administrative Business and Accounting student. I have been working as an office assistant and am able to adapt in a busy work environment. I have some computer and clerical training.
I was responsible for shipping product. Which including scheduling transportation with various trucking companies and creating the bill for that transportation. I also was responsible for contacting customers via e-mail to assure prompt shipping of product. I was responsible for filing paperwork. I created shipping and UPC labels and created production orders for production team. And filled some retail orders for customers.
I monitor clients and assist them as needed. I also chart, copy, and file paperwork.
I was responsible for scheduling patient transportation, answering phone lines, notifying staff of any emergency. I filed paper work, sent faxes and made copies as well.
