Break the Weight: Started in 2012 as a project between two close friends.
Lulu had 150 pounds to lose and I was studying to become a health coach.
I built Lulu a simple daily system and we made the journey publich for 290 days.
She lost 100 pounds and BTW turned into a business 2013 2015: I worked with over 100 clients in michigan.
I was a personl trainer as well touching on the emotinal aspect of weight.
2015 (now): I moved out to colorado and saw a market for what i did back in Michigan but knew that the most importnat part of the program was the emotional and habit forming part.
So i took the daily system I had built for LUlu and designed a 6 week coaching program that now coaches invidiauls all over the country The program is based on accountbality, mindfullness and movment.
BTW has been featured in popsugar, forbes, and bobbi brown (makeup artist) was a client.
