During the time I was employed through Starbucks, I was given the responsibility to manage inventory by establishing and adjusting ordering parameters, accurate forecasting and monitoring waste. My team and I were also expected to protected customers health and satifaction by regularly cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment and excise friendly and professional customer service. As well as maintaining my work station, I was given the respobsibility to manage my fellow team members,in tasks including scheduling, training and conflict resolution. With the responsibility of shoft manager I was tahguht different ways of establishing conflict resolution tequniques and variations of better teambuilding to maintain a happy and friendly work enviorment.
While working at Drees Chiropractic, I was expected to quickly learn the computer system through hands on experience and have the skills and the needed familirization with the technology to be able to correctly answer and direct incoming calls and emails using multi-line telephone system and emailing system. During my work shifts I was responsible to assist clients, address concerns, resolve complaints and or answer account-related questions and concerns. I was also tasked to maintained all financial records to verify timely clearance of all credit and debit activities and track clients financial histories and prefured payment types.The job trained and taught me skills in schedualing appointments based on patient availability and established load parameters in regards of doctor availability. Through the front desk position I strengthened my skills in problem solving and customer service while Coordinateing and communicating with numorious clients daily to gather pertinent information.
During my senior year of high-school I was given the oopportunityto enroll and participate in a Criminal Justice college course. During my days I would go to my high-school classes for the first half of my school day, and drive the to DMACC campus for my college courses. During this course I was entered into the world of criminal justice and personal development. Through the course I was able to better prepare myself for the expectations of college level learning and the higher standards and demands of the courses and expectations of the instructors. During this course, I maintained a GPA of over a 4.0, being awarded the Presidential award for GPA and class excellence.
