I have worked in the automotive business since 1978. I have held numerous positions in the dealership so that I could know as much as I can about how everything works. My longest period so far was a warranty and service administrator position. I audited the warranty claims as well as ran the office and trained others in the service department. I have as well worked in the office side doing the car deals and title work, accounts payable and receivable. I tried to learn as much as I good through the years and believe I can be a great asset to your company. My background from 1978-2006 was Chrysler then I became the Service Manager at a GM dealership. I am well rounded and I can learn anything that needs to be done and I am a great self starter.
I train and advise the employees in the service department in their jobs in order to make us more productive and reach our goals. I am in charge of the hiring and firing process. I write processes to make things flow easier and more productive. I am a hands on manager that doesn't mind helping do whatever it takes on a daily basis.
I have taken management, service consultant and warranty administration classes for General Motors.
