Assisting consumers enroll in healthcare plans. Providing “One-Call” resolution to consumers requests/questions. Keeping detailed records of all interactions. Completing "Offline" work: Returned mail, manual verification of scanned documents, manual renewals and doing triage of consumer appeals.
While performing these duties, I have researched issues with how mail is produced and handled. I presented my research and proposed changes to management. Identified issues with duplicate Contacts in CRM. Reported findings and proposed changes and a data scrub before moving to Salesforce database. I am currently contributing to the Salesforce and ChatBot teams.
Started my own consulting business after VPD closed to continue to serve several customers. I assist them in identifying new products to bring to market. I find the suppliers overseas, negotiate pricing and terms. I then oversee the production and shipping.
