I have worked with diverse spectrum of students from many backgrounds. I excel at these levels because I love children. Through the years I have learned to spin on a dime and trouble shoot problems with a flare. I use a hands on technique and like to appeal to the senses so all kids are able to learn.

Worked closely with the behavior and learning disorder children and help them to scaffold over to being better learners
Started a community garden in tandem with Mattie Rhodes Center located in the back of James Elementary which has grown and become useful to the school and community
Helped start up and implement a gourmet breakfast establishment which is well known through out the Kansas City area
Helped implement and establish good practices that have served us through our history thus far. Networked with many different customers and patrons who have embraced and cheered ideas and accomplishments through their own charities and committees. I have been a mentor for the new staff and always willing to share new ideas and pedagogy.
I assist with teachers to help student stay on track with their learning and help to maintain a good level of understanding in what is needed to accomplish the task at hand. With this endeavor I teach social skills, understanding of a diverse population, camaraderie and appreciation for skills learned through out the school year.
This job was my first venue for teaching students. I was hired as facility
assistant and eventually worked my way to Instructional Coordinator. I
was privy in the beginning to use my noodle to recycle materials that would be made into a product that the kids would "sell" in their businesses. I became quite proficient which helped the city to rise above expectations. With my talents our city program became very well known. I also taught parents every two weeks so they would be helpful when their students attended the program. We had schools through out the four state area attend. At one point a Chinese University came to visit and followed me for a week to learn about our program.
I managed and trained employees. I was responsible for book keeping, food quality, employee standards and expediting food. Maintained a quality image and participated in the sonic games one year out of Lees Summit Missouri.
