As opening server, arrive before open and set up dinning room. Start by putting all chairs down, and if it is Monday - Friday also set lunch menus out on tables. Put out rugs in front of doors, put out water pitchers, make teas and put out tea pitchers, and make sure that all tables are set correctly with appropriate amount of settings corresponding to correct amount of seats. As closing server make sure all tables are re-set for opening server, empty all pitchers, roll all silverware, make sure all other servers side work was complete before signing them for their checkout and put all chairs up at end of shift.
