I am moving back to the Asheville area in two weeks to tackle my career goal of becoming an Environmental Conservationist. I plan to attend AB-Tech in the Spring, and hope to work with Brother Wolf, as well as do volunteer work at the WNC Nature Center once a week. My passion for nature and wildlife are what drive me, and it's why I'd be a great fit for the Brother Wolf pack!
  • One skill I pride myself on is being able to communicate well and get along with all beings, from human to hippo and everything in between.
  • I have a well-rounded knowledge when it comes to caring for animals, and catering to their needs.
  • Having many pets of my own over the years helps to have a better understanding of the overall needs of animals and how to communicate and socialize with them on a daily basis.
  • Another skill I would consider to be useful, and particularly with working with our furry friends, is my passionate understanding of the importance of all living creatures. Knowing that adoptions should never be taken lightly, because all animals deserve the best family and home possible.
  • Spreading awareness in the local community on how to prevent stray animals, and the importance of adopting locally is something I find to be imperative and I enjoy teaching this to others.
A few relevant accomplishments I can think of would be my experience with animals as a whole. My love for the Earth and it's inhJessicatants, and my overall efforts to keep the two as what drives me.I have have been a part of many different fundraiser events, from raising money for autism to regular donations to local animal shelters.I once went on a group trip with friends to a local Asheville hang out spot just to clean up the area from all of the careless littering. But it is not uncommon for me to pick up trash as I walk through parking lots, parks, you name it, just to help keep the earth clean and the wildlife out of danger.Often times I am "that girl" who will sneakily pluck recyclables from trash cans and rightfully put them in the recycling bin.Essentially, in doing all of the above, I believe it is an accomplishment of good Karma. A person who will go out of their way to help a little every day, is one more person who helps keep the planet healthy.I am motivated. Passionate. And willing to work hard for what I believe in.
