Developed the usage of alternative foreclosure strategies in the State of Florida, resulting in a 200 day reduction in the foreclosure time line. Improvements resulted in $50M reduction in GSE related compensatory fees. In the first three months of managing litigation team, title curative inventory decreased 15% and litigation resolutions as a percentage of inventory yielded top three months of year. The improved performance in the litigation portfolio resulted in a 11% reduction in inventory and a 30% reduction in court appearance related cost. Losses saved due to repurchase on Self-Reported and FNMA Exclusive Defect Notices improved to nearly $1m per month. Enhanced quality assurance by 8 basis points moving from 90% to 98%. Designed, built and managed network of 50 Territory Managers who managed vendor oversight of 200+ attorney vendors. Coordinated Telephonic and in person mediation events in 22 states. In the first six months of managing, SCRA affidavit defect rate decreased from 32% to 2%. During the same time period, aged foreclosure rescissions decreased 18%. Served as line of business point of contact for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
