Since I began working at 15, I have worked two customer service oriented positions. From 15 to 19 I worked at McDonald's eventually being promoted to the position of Swing Manager. After I left McDonald's I continued working in customer service, being hired to work Assets Protection at Target. Both jobs have placed me in leadership roles where I have had to work directly with my co-workers as well as the general public.
Leadership, Felony laws knowledge, Conflict resolution tactics, Search and seizure laws familiarity, Community relations, Calm under pressure
The Target and McDonald's that I worked for did not reward individual accolades. Instead it would be recognition for a job well done or knowing the ranking of the store as it pertained to our district or region.
