Senior TADSS Instructor providing certification and training on Bradley fighting vehicle, M1 Abrams, Wheeled vehicles, and personnel MILES equipment. Certified senior instructor on the Bradley COFT-SA and Advance Gunnery Training Simulator system. Taught over a 500 soldiers and DOD civilians during the six plus years as a TADSS instructor. Subject matter expert in issuing and turn-in of equipment using TS-MAT program. Manages and creates electronic badges using a program (On guard 7.5) on the desk top computer to support access control into the Training Support Center. Performs assessment and audits during daily security/threat checks on the building to ensure access control is enforced. Serves as the senior Government Purchase Card Holder for the agency and handles all the bills for repairs, equipment, and supplies and makes sure to follow guidelines and stay in a monthly budget of $ 30,000. Developed a POI of internal monitoring for GPC cardholders that identifies potential risk in spending. Developed a POI for a Javelin course to increase the support to the soldiers and the over all mission or the organization. Ensured processes are in place for the appropriate accounting of all disclosures of privacy protected information made during GPC transactions, by ensuring all documents stay locked away. Reviewed and approve all Memorandums created for training or GPC request. Provides input for the development, staffing and execution of training support policies and programs within TSC footprint. Input includes but is not limited to policies, procedures, SOPs, and similar guidelines for scheduling and use of training facilities, equipment, and resources.

Field Maintainer (VCTS)|FAAC Inc. - Fort Carson, CO|06/2012 - 05/2014

Proficient in training and briefing Route Clearance Operations, Convoy Operation, and Unstabilized Gunnery Operation utilizing the Virtual Clearance Training Suite (VCTS) Simulators and Man Transportable Robotic System (MTRS) Virtual simulator. Provided comprehensive knowledge in the concepts, skills, and aptitude to efficiently operate the VCTS simulator. Taught over 50 Soldiers to operate the VCTS. Range Maintenance Worker|Eagle Support Services Corporation - Fort Carson, CO|11/2011 - 02/2012
