Undergraduate Research: Phylogenetic study of V-type ATPases in eukaryotic cells
Responsible for identification of metabolic hot spots and bioactivation in early discovery candidate optimization, compound selection and characterization leading to pre-IND studies. Design and implement automation methods for higher throughput in-vitro assays and coordinate cross site integration. Biotransformation representative to Discovery Working Groups and collaborate with chemistry teams to improve overall metabolic profile.
