Set up their housing and travel arrangements, do their weekly payroll and act as direct supervisor and liaison between the therapist and the hospital they are working at.
Working also with the nursing homes, hospitals and clinics across the country that are looking for temporary therapists by finding them qualified candidates to consider by maintaining relationships with the facilities and rehab groups.
