I have many years of experience in the real estate lending arena as a loan officer promoting to a area manger and finally as a small business owner.
This experience allows me to say that I am and will continue to be a excellent candidate for employment to any potential employer in the real estate lending field.
I have been employed by the State of California for six years during which two years where with State of California Department of Corrections as a prison guard. I then transfered to the Department of Motor Vehicles as a Technician in the areas of vehicle registration and drivers licensing with extreme customer contact.
As an owner of a small local loan brokering office with average sales force of fifteen I pushed all deals from application pipeline to funding and everything in between. Insured leads were constant, and that all federal and state disclosures where followed. Reviewed credit, appraisals and title reports for accuracy and format. Pay roll, hired and fired, Paid the rent and all overhead expenses and closed my own deals.
Starting as a loan officer with Conseco for a period of three years as high producer I was promoted to Area Manger. I was responsible for over thirty loan officers and support staff. Following state and federal regulations we averaged 200 loans a month. Established methods for constant leads as well as daily pipeline follow up all the way through funding. Reviewed and pushed for funding on all issues.
