In this position, I am responsible for United's Flight Operational Quality Assurance Program, as well as all safety risk forecasting data analysis for the company. I am directly responsible for negotiating and ensuring compliance with the FAA and ALPA LOA associated with all FOQA and aircraft data. I manage the Corrective Action process for Aviation Safety and report cross-divisional status on a regular basis. I manage a team of data analysts who conduct flight data analysis as well as cross-divisional risk forecasting in Denver, Chicago and Houston. I prepare data findings presentations for division leadership as well as the FAA. I am responsible for the FOQA and FSAP Steering Committees, and all FAA Data Review meetings. I manage my department's budget, including personnel, SA Manpower, FOQA equipment contracts, and merger costs. I represent United on several industry teams, including the Safety Action Team, Industry Issues Analysis Team, InfoShare, and the Data Review and Analysis Team, run by MITRE.
In this position I was responsible for building various aspects of AQP training programs for several airlines, including; Kalitta Air Cargo, ExpressJet, and American Eagle. During my tenure, I successfully built and had approved regulatory policy documents (both FAA and TSA), fleet curriculum and courseware, quality control programs, Instructor/Evaluator programs (including rater-reliability) and record-keeping programs. I was also on the AQP Steering Committee for the Regional Airlines Association.
In this position, I was responsible for the oversight of United's training and evaluation standards. In this position I was responsible for identifying/maintaining a systematic methodology for standardizing the content of United's training programs, including pilot, dispatch and instructor/evaluator, Security and Hazardous Materials training programs and documenting the associated policies in the FOTD. I was also responsible for incorporating a data-driven quality control process for validating and maintaining the effectiveness of curriculum content and instructor performance, including all process and procedure documentation. I coordinated training policy and process issues with Fleet Management, Training Programs management and staff, and both the local and national FAA and TSA offices.
As a Flight Training Program Specialist, I was responsible for the development, implementation, and delivery of pilot AQP training materials. I successfully applied the tenets of the Instructional Systems Design ADDIE model to complete such efforts as: Pilot, Flight Attendant, and Ground Security programs, B747-400 and B737-200 Pilot AQP Training development, Instructor/Evaluator AQP Training development, the Quality Control program, C/L/R and Captain's Development Leadership training development, and grading scale, data and evaluation development.

Here, I was responsible for all technical training programs associated with satellite technology, as well as regulatory compliance.
