Manage debt/stock offering transactions and related comfort letter deliverables with various clients and underwriters.
Manage various attest engagements including agreed-upon procedures, examination of an Entity's Internal Control Over Financial Reporting and compliance attestation.

National Quality Organization (Auditing Services, Methods & Tools)
The National Quality Organization supports engagement teams in delivering quality audits.
My function involves quality review of engagement team audit plans, design and delivery of audit methodology, educating audit personnel on new and changes to auditing standards, creating tools that improve audit execution, consultations to help teams properly apply the PwC audit methodology, and provide engagement support in preparation for and during PCAOB inspections.
