I am the Senior Education Consultant in store 2970. I've been with the company since 2008, and wouldlove to take the opportunity to continue my career and make the most of my knowledge and passion and become the Beauty Leader.
My responsibilities as SEC at Sephora inside jcpenney include all aspects of running the store in the Beauty Leader's absence. My priority is always providing excellent customer service as well as, training my team to meet all company standards. The store has to meet many goals including Beauty Insider, Client Service Metrics, and a daily plan. Other duties include editing the schedules, problem resolution and leading the team to meet company metrics. As SEC, my main responsibility is to ensure my team was educated (through agenda and monthly DBS viewer ship). Also teaching product knowledge to clients while making personal recommendations.
Duties included sorting the mail, casing the mail in mailbox cubbies and delivering mail to customer rain or shine. Giving great customer service in the office or on the road.
Peer support for teens that were feeling bullied or peer pressure.
Organized activities that developed teen's physical, emotional and social growth. Redirected teen's to encourage safe, positive behaviors.
