For the past seven years I have worked at the Criminal Justice Institute. I process all applicants and speak with possible applicants on a daily basis. Last year I receive my AS Degree in Business Management.
My greatest accomplishment is the fact I have raised three successful children into outstanding adults. While working full time at the college, I attend the college at time and on weekends and earned my Associates Degree at the age of 48.
Responsible for selection process to the Law Enforcement and Corrections Officers academies with in Criminal Justice Institute. Reviews, assesses, and determine the applicant's eligibility to enter the recruit training program. Schedules and reviews polygraph exams, medical and psychological exams, and their results. Fingerprints applicants and coordinates the physical abilities test. Compiles student packets that meet all Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the College's Criminal Justice requirements. Performs outreach activities to promote the program. Serves as the primary contact for the program information.

Answer incoming calls from customers. Trouble shoot power outages, perform connection and disconnection duties for customers, and assist in bill payment.
