I have conducted over 100 mediations and/or facilitations that dealt with issues involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and their respective amendments as well as work-related conflicts.
I served as Acting ADR Program Manager for the FAA Southwest, Great Lakes, Central Regional Offices and Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center.
I managed and scheduled over 80 mediations.
I coordinated each mediation session by finding available mediators to conduct the sessions, briefing the parties on the process, coordinating dates, times and locations for the mediations, etc.
I provided advice and assistance to mediators when the parties are at an impasse.
I assist in and draft proposed settlement agreements.
I interacted with the Legal and Human Resources Divisions for review of proposed agreements.
