Over 11 years of Military law enforcement service. 6 years experience as a Combat Arms Instructor and 6 years supervisory experience leading a team of up to 5 people regarding base security and resource protection.
As a Security Forces Member my duties include controlling access to the installation, responding to incidents as base patrol, supervising shift personnel as flight chief, monitoring alarms, dispatching patrols and completing reports and forms as the base defense operations center controller.
Supervising other security personnel ensuring duties were preformed in accordance with company policy. Worked closely with Kawasaki managers to ensure the safety of company employees and create new ways to enhance security.
During this Air Force school I was taught how to perform maintenance on many different weapon types and also how to instruct/teach other military members how to effectively use each weapon type. Instruction involves a classroom setting and a live fire range. This school also taught me how to create an effective, positive and engaging rapport with many different types of people.
During Airmen Leadership School (ALS), I was taught how to be an effective leader/supervisor. This training included course work, classroom, volunteering and mock counseling sessions with my classmates. This course taught me how to be an effective listener, lead a group of subordinates and help them in their careers and if necessary, disciplinary actions.
