Use extensive knowledge of loan products & processing skills to review all locks prior to closing to ensure purchase by investor. This requires the ability to go to each investor web site, make changes and/or corrections to the loan, check data integrity across the board, escalate issues as needed and provide the closing department the correct lock information.
I have been very successful in saving the company a significant amount of money by finding and correcting errors that would have a negative effect on profitability and at times prevent the loan from being purchased by the investor.
Processed all types of loans for the top producing loan officer in the company - assisted him in all facets of the process from preparing the loan origination package to making sure the closing department had everything needed to ensure a smooth closing.
