In this call center I worked for Comcast SIK, Bright House Network, and western Union. My main job was to answer all inbound call. I would do basic trouble shooting if the customer had issues with the service or the equipment. Customer would also call regarding their bill and monthly charges. if the customer was eligible for an upgrade, it was my responsibility to offer the customer an upgrade. so i would have to pitch a sale only id the customer is eligible. I would also do a little bit of retention but mostly had to transfer to the retention department.
