School Data Specialist07/2002 to Current Windmill Point Elementary
Responsibilities include inputting and updating all student program information, handling quarterly audits (FTE) of the enrollment count, exceptional student and ELL, inputting the master schedule for elementary and middle school, assigning students to classrooms, inputting all transfer grades for middle school students, processing all school assignment applications, entering and withdrawing students, processing records requests, lunch duty and covering front office as needed.
I am also the back-up for payroll and substitute coverage when the Secretary is absent.

Transportation Payroll Bookkeeper06/2000 to 07/2002 School Board of St Lucie County
Responsibilities included manually calculating and inputting over 400 bus driver and bus aide timesheets into the payroll system, processing all vacation, sick and personal leave, processing overtime for office and garage staff, informing employees of policy changes, dealing with union representatives regarding payroll issues.

Payroll Clerk01/1999 to 06/2000 School Board of St Lucie County
Responsibilities included processing all hourly payroll including bus drivers and food service workers, 12 month payroll including maintenance, transportation, and clerical employees, keeping track of vacation, sick and personal leave, problem-solving payroll issues for employees.
Accounts Payable Clerk02/1998 to 06/1998 School Board of St Lucie County
Responsibilities included inputting and paying construction and utility invoices for all public schools, handling customer service calls and balancing purchase orders to make sure invoices did not exceed amount approved.
This was a temporary position due to an employee being on maternity leave.

Responsibilities included handling accounts receivables for an international publishing company, invoicing for advertising space for all magazines, processing semi-monthly reports, monthly statements, processing cash receipts and bank deposits, reconciling monthly bank statements, and assisting with collection calls for delinquent accounts.
