I am fresh out of college with a very creative look at things. Through college I have learned about all kinds of food all around the world and how to prepare them properly. I have learned about wine and paring it with great food choices. I learned how to run a kitchen with 20+ people working in it and how to use my time wisely when on a time crunch to get things done. Part of my courses required us to run the school cafeteria with fast short order food, my final semester we ran the school restaurant making gourmet food of all kinds along with doing several classical buffets which taught me how to make uniform neat food in multiples and how to plate things so that they attract the eye.
I am great at working under a lot of pressure and getting my tasks complete in a timely manor, I am a very fast learner and throughly enjoy picking up new skills. I am a creative individual who gets along great with others.
I had to run the line and make sandwich's along with lots of cleaning and stocking.
I did lots of cleaning, stocking and running the register along with basic daily paper work.
I started out as a barista having to make drinks and food along with cleaning and after 4months was promoted to shift lead and than was responsible for running the store during my shift and making sure everything was done right along with having to deal with daily paper work and counting the safe.
I finished all of my culinary courses at the top of my class and made the dean's list, I still need to complete one communications class in order to graduate with my diploma.
