My extensive understanding of how to sell and how our company works resulted in getting promoted to being a Mentor. A mentor is responsible for making sure the new sales reps are ready to hit the floor knowing how to sell in a way that is good for the customer and good for themselves.
Consultative selling and getting all my clients the most for their money. I manage multiple accounts and follow up with my Clients. I let them know when I am able to make changes to their account such as upgrades, price plan changes or new products or services.
My mane responsibility was loss prevention. Which meant maintaining current customer base and making sure their accounts stayed current. Also sitting with the customer in the closing room making sure that the customer was a good fit for Aarons and to make sure the items are within their means to pay for.
Responsible for ordering staffing and productivity. I performed all duties in the absence of the store Manager.
