I am a journeyman meat cutter with a strong back ground in the food service industry.
I have experience in the supper club business as a club manager and also as a kitchen manager. I have always put a strong emphasis on food quality and sanitation.
I have experience in lead positions in both the food service and meat industries.
I started in 1994 as a telephone sales representative. I have progressed over the last 20 years to a Senior Sales representative and buyer. I have been instrumental in increasing the volume of this business and also introduced many new lines and vendors.
Over this 19 year span of time I worked 2 to 4 shifts a week on a part time basis. Having experience in all areas of this buisness, I was able to fill whatever position they needed help with.
