Manage Home Team Lineage comprised of 1/3 of outside Sales Force
(Due to the retirement of one Diamond Director and the passing of two Diamond Directors,9000 Educational Consultants rolled up to Home Office) It was decided by Company Management to support these three lineages from Home Office and I was placed in the position of being the substitute Diamond Director. I was responsible for personal liaison to company directs in assisting all needs. Set up and administer an e-mail loop for company directs, host regular conference calls with active members of our 1st & 2nd generations of company directs.
Provide recognition to company directs to stimulate continued success and provide ongoing motivation. Coordinate monthly newsletter for all company directs giving tips, recognition and promotion information and mailing same. Coordinate convention and incentive trip events and reserved seating for company directs. Making presentations at events, traveling throughout the USA providing seminars, holding trainings, and dinners to company directs. (This later included all Canadian Sales Force as their Diamond Director retired). Responsible for holding a special event for all Canadian attendees at Convention and Incentive Trips.
Liaison to all Upper Management and downlines over any special concerns and needs not met by other inquiries providing prompt response. Handled variety of high touch calls, survey calls, spur calls for Education Consultants on track for promotion or incentives, using sales and tracking reports. Provide Home Office support and perspective to Regional Sales Managers (employees of Discovery Toys). Effectively resolve difficult and/or unusual issues. Review and contribute to recorded/printed communications to Sales Force. Assist in company events. Advise Vice President of Sales of issues and concerns raised by field.
