During my time a TJ Maxx I proactively sought out customers to assist throughout the sales floor, and held enthusiastic conversations with those I assisted to develop positive customer relationships through friendly greetings and excellent service. In addition I escorted customers to products, explained the uses and advantages of specific products. As well arranging stock, I organized racks and shelves to maintain the visual appeal of the store. Alongside working on the sales floor I worked collaboratively in team environment to accept and processed returns, as well as helping customers with questions, problems and complaints in person and via telephone, and ensure that each customer is satisfied with their purchases and receive the best customer service. Not only did I work to achieve my own goals during my time at TJ Maxx I also trained and served as a peer coach for new sales associates.
A diverse National Exemplary School hat offers a rigorous curriculum twenty four advanced placement courses and eleven honors. I have maintained a 3.5+ throughout my high school career and have participated in courses such as: AP Biology, AVID, Human Biology, Honors Chemistry, Honors American Literature, Honors World Literature and four years of Mandarin Chinese. I also attended academic summer school for credit advancement to receive credit in both Personal Health and Fitness. I have been a member of Earth Club and Sisters in Society, in addition to cheerleading at the Varsity level for my school.

-Junior year of high school S.I.S was started as an empowering and safe place for young women in our school to join together to motivate one another as well as discuss problems we see women facing in our world today. I got involved in the club after being elected secretary, giving me the responsibility of keeping track of what is discussed and who participates each meeting.
-I would like to be apart of change in the world and help fight the battle against climate change. I am also very passionate about ocean cleanup and aiding in the fight against animal endangerment. In addition to the need to implement clean energy sources.
