I am a 24 year old college graduate with experience in customer service, retail, child care and management. I am well organized and have volunteered for many years. I have volunteered in schools as well as music therapy. I have worked with children with autism, downs syndrome and many other disorders. I have studied psychology with many classes in child development as well as relational and family development. I also have a minor in social and behavioral sciences.

As a sales associate I was responsible for assisting customers in figuring out their shoe size, finding appropriate shoes and selling accessories. I was also responsible for keeping the store clean and assisting customers in checking out. I was responsible for keeping the cash drawer even and the store well stocked.
I was a nanny for the Liston family. I provided care for a 18 month old little girl from August 2009-May 2010. I cooked meals, cared for the child and cleaned. I would maintain the daily schedule for naps, meals and activities. I kept the house in order as well as taking the child to classes and activities to keep her interested. We read books and worked on ABC's as well as counting. I returned to work for the family in August 2011 when the mother returned to work, however had to leave due to injuries from an auto accident in January 2012. During this time I cared for two children. A 3 year old as well as a 1 year old. As well as working for the Liston family I would nanny for other families for weekends, nights out or fill in while other arrangements were unavailable.
I was responsible for getting patients set up in heat prior to treatment, their exercises, and ice post treatment. I would also, answer patient questions and help them learn new exercises and strategies to help heal their injuries and change bad habits. I was responsible for all supply orders for the clinic as well as all documentation. I also was responsible for organizing and cleaning the clinic.
As a billing office assistant I was responsible for verifying patient insurance and sending out billing statements. I also would work reception scheduling patient appointments and checking patients in.
I was responsible for seating parties and making sure the servers were seated evenly. I was responsible for keeping the wait-list in order as well as giving accurate wait times. As lead to-go I was responsible for taking to-go orders, getting them together and cashing out the orders. I was also responsible for keeping the to-go room in order and well stocked. I also was responsible for keeping the cash drawer balanced.
