I am searching for a job that will help me combine the skills I have learned at my last two positions. I have a very good understanding of how to fix software issues for Apple products. I also have experience working in a sales position and very much enjoyed working in a customer facing environment.

While I worked as an AppleCare Advisor, I had received very few dissatisfied surveys, a majority of the few I received were customers who were either being unhappy with a policy or an experience with a product, few too none were related to my customer service. Many people I have assisted have said that my support was among the best they had received.
I continued to provide this customer service to my new set of customers, where I was working face to face in a sales position. I continued to get commended from some customers for the level of service I provided. While working in this sales position, roughly 20% of my hourly pay was from sales.
While working at RadioShack I quickly became a key carrier and was often in charge of opening or closing the store. In doing so I was responsible for doing an Over / Short count at either the beginning or the end of the day. If opening I also was responsible for doing the Bank Deposit before leaving for the day. When I closed I was responsible for ensuring all daily tasks were finished. The tasks could range from ensuring the tags in the store are correct and current to ensuring incoming shipments had been unpacked and outgoing shipments were ready to be picked up the next day. Being a key carrier meant that if the manager or another key carrier weren't there that I was responsible for the store. If there were any issues with inventory or the cash drawer, it was my responsibility to either handle it or ensure the manager was properly informed.
As an AppleCare CPU advisor it was my job to help customers who are needing assistance with their Mac computer. I would assist with helping customers make the switch from Windows to OS X (data migration and how-to questions). I would also help customers who had questions about features or how to get the most of a feature. Customers would also call when they were experiencing issues with their Mac. I would help customers troubleshoot the issue up to and including Reinstalling the operating system. Doing this job has made me very comfortable speaking technically with customers, while also helping the customer understand the information given.
As an AppleCare advisor, it was my job to help people with any usage questions they may have for their iOS device, as well as provide information about any features that may benefit them. I also helped to resolve any software issues the customer may be experiencing. Because of my time at AppleCare, I am very comfortable helping customers with the iOS features and how iOS and OS X features may work together. I can also help customers troubleshoot whatever issue they are experiencing. I also have a strong understanding of Apples product line and how they work together. This job made me even more comfortable interacting with customers with questions and helping them determine the best product for them. This job also helped me work with customers who may be angry or irate, and helping them still reach the resolution that is best.
As a Lot Attendant i was responsible for keeping the parking lot clear of carts and helping customers load any items they may need assistance with. On top of keeping the lot cleared, we were responsible for filling the soda machines at night and storing product carts in various locations inside the store. This position really helped me become very comfortable working with customers. I helped answer questions for customers and ensuring they had the products needed for whatever project they were doing.
As a Dishwasher and Buser, I was responsible for ensuring tables were cleared in order to make room for other customers. Before close all Busers and dishwashers had to ensure every dish was washed, and that all of the cookware was prepared for the next day. We also were required to clean the bathrooms and the kitchen floors. Balancing all of these duties helped to learn how to make the most of my time and get multiple things done timely.
Trained using Apple's training model to provide technical support for Apple iOS products up to iOS 8, as well as providing support for use with iTunes. Also trained to use Apple products with Windows XP - Windows 8.
