I am a motivated costumer service rep with years of front desk rep experience. I am eager to improve and streamline service procedures to maximize team efficiency and customer satisfaction. Specializing in quality, speed, and performance improvement. I have been in the same job field for 8 years from data entry for dentistry to radiology. Being in the customer care and front desk rep field for so long has taught me expertise in delivering support services and resolving customer complaints while also making me proficient at flexing and bending with change in a professional and calm manner.
I was considered a float, I would fill in front desk employees at all 8 offices and on days I was not needed I would work as a assessment coordinator or scheduler. I was always challenged with new and severe issues that I almost always was able to resolve. I've learned to flex and work with a variety of personas due to being a float and also be flexible with everyone's shift. My greatest achievements were helping patients at a vulnerable state and always going above and beyond to meet there expectation!
Although I don't have a degree in teaching I helped guide tons of students in graduating by enrolling them in online classes to grading assignments.
My daily achievements were to verify insurance and enroll middle school children to be seen by a dentist at our mobile dentist program. It was always my goal to give children that did not have dental insurance the opportunity to still be seen by a dentist.
