I would program industrial robotic arms to cut out parts to match the print of the part.
I would use a forklift to load sheets of metal on to the stand. after the sheets of metal was loaded i would upload the program that needed to be ran. after the parts was ran i would then move the parts to the next station.
I would take parts of the assembly line and put them on a stand for the robot to come pick up and take to cut. after the part was cut i would then inspect the parts for defect. I would also grind the parts of ruff edges, then i would place the part in a x ray machine to further inspect the parts. if needed i would bring in skid of parts to be ran, or take racks of parts to the next destination.
i would set up the machine to run the particular mold that need to be ran. i would then program the machine to the thickness of the material so the oven would heat the material perfectly. after the part was formed and cooled i would route the part out.
i have certifications in robot programming, and IR Calibration and tooling.
