- Customer Service ( #1 Skill everyone should have to get sales positions)
- Organization ( If am going to be great at sales, its key to have this skill set to not get vital information mixed up and just staying on top of tasks in general)
- Communications ( learned this skill a while ago from the Military and Improved it working for Honda but if people can't communicate features benefits to a customer as possible, lost at hello)
- Process Improvement ( As a sales professional I need to help customers with their experience and time in the buying process and I've constantly on the daily try to improve that. The faster I sold a car was 45 minutes and the customer loved me for it.)
| - Business Operations ( In any business especially being a sales professional I believe you have to know a little of everything, So I constantly try to educated myself in every part of business world for two reason. One to relate to some consumers in conversations. Two to help everyone on the team do their jobs better from the managers, FNI, Porters, etc)
- Team Management( I think this just another word for leadership but I don't consider myself a leader yet even if I've been giving leadership roles in the pass but from managing a small group to train with me to become a better sales expert to leading a group of soldiers everyday)
- Operational Improvement ( Help Source Cars and buy trade in with my managers that's what I mean. I think that comes in handy if you want to work in car sales)
- Social Media Manager ( Through working with local gyms like retro fitness which is large franchise bur i work in one start I fine tune my skills in a real life setting every day so I am confident enough to do the job if I ever need it again in the future)
