I was responsible for establishing and maintaining appropriate relationships with families, guardian's, advocates, and the community at large. I was responsible for all employee scheduling. I had to be flexible with my own scheduling hours and work odd hours to provide appropriate coverage and support for staff and clients when necessary. I had to lead by example and be a positive role model for staff by displaying a positive image at all times. I had to demonstrate the ability to handle adverse situations while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. I was responsible for reporting all significant behaviors, incidents, employee performances concerns in an accurate and timely manner. Conducting and participating in meetings with county board officials and representatives. participate in team meetings relevant to client needs, interest, and desires. Maintain clients Medicaid eligibility with the Ohio Department of Job and family Services.
