I am so proud to say that I have worked for Jetblue for the past 8 years, I have loved watching the company grow and evolve from flight speed to Sabre, with the new True Blue program, and all the new blue cities.
I love customer service I enjoy being able to solve problems and help turn customers days around, I have had the opportunity to help our fellow crewmembers by being on the values committee as well as being a Blue Buddy for new hires. Each of these have helped me grow and become a better employee.
I enjoy the day to day interaction with customers, I have become proficient with my job not only in Sabre but as well as ask blue for answering customers question, and being able to help customers navigate our website. I am ready for a new challenge and will go above and beyond in any new position.
Working on the values committee has helped me to become a better employee by being able to help our fellow crewmembers come up with solutions to problems that they have, and to also help educate them on how and why things are done at jetblue.
I love being able to work with our new hires, to be able to teach them, and help them work through problem solving techniques, it is so great to watch them go from being nervous on Tier 1 to being experts on Tier 3. This has been great at strengthening my teaching skills.
