Natural frequencies of the sheet metal fixture were calculated using impact testing and modal analysis.
Design of the fixture was done using SolidWorks and NX.
Calculated the transmissibility ratio of the fixture by the shaker, random vibration analysis in ANSYS Workbench.
Results of impact testing in LabVIEW/MATLAB.
The quality of the fixture was found out using drop test and vibration testing.
Design and fabricate a test setup to carry out the strength test of beams used in automotive industry.
Conceptualized the design of setup using classical design methods and GUI was done using VB.NET.
