Trouble-shoot and diagnose problems with Electronic/Fuel/turbo systems. Assemble performance long blocks with forged or factory internals. Blue print rotating assemblies, adjust valve clearances. Rebuild turbo chargers. Perform various performance parts install form turbo chargers to suspension to fuel. Install engines, clutches, and transmissions.
Final Test, Trouble-shoot and diagnose problems with Liquid Level Transmitters. Electronic assembly/sub assembly, fine pitch soldering on circuit cards. Diagnoses component level failure, repair sensors and electronic systems that are faulty or need to be replaced. Electronic system restorations. Mill operator,Tier 2 TIG/MIG weld, brazing, and extrusions.
Read and interpret drawings and blue prints. Perform first article inspections, inspect in-process work, rework, and final inspection in CCA, Q70, Sidecar, Lockheed Martin, BAE, Apache, Armored Knight and Optronics. Experience training employees in the aforementioned skills.
