•Follow up with appraisers for status information on outstanding/overdue orders.
•Manage multiple Microsoft Outlook email inboxes to handle client escalations rush request, report revisions request, and status updates on appraisal orders to ensure deadlines are met.
•Identify, track, and resolve errors on appraisal or review product orders.
•Assist and resolve technical issues with appraisers when submitting completed appraisals through the system.
•Officially commended for initiative, enthusiasm, tenacity, intense customer focus and dependability in performance evaluations.
•Communicate effectively with clients in person and/or on the phone.
