I have earned a Masters of Education in Educational Leadership, a Masters of Teaching and Learning , a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education, with a 6-12 Certification; gained certifications as a Principal/Assistant Principal (Prek-12) and most recently certified in Special Education Supervision/Director (K-12). With almost 12 years of leadership experience and 20 years teaching experience, I am confident that I possess the qualifications your district needs to promote its philosophy and goals. As the attached resume will highlight, I am currently the Reginal Director of Education at New Story School located in Lancaster PA. This includes 7 schools in Lancaster, Harrisburg, New Cumberland and Reading. I was formally part of the leadership team serving as an Administrator Educational Associate, Department Head, at Digital Harbor High School which is a technology school, where I assist in supervising a diverse group of staff as well as 1,400 students. I have coordinated Professional Development and Teacher Training for the school district, mentored new teachers, reconstructed the CST department including a specialized program for emotionally disturbed students, addressed legal concerns around IEP implementation and written curriculum.
